Accommodations Spedalone Farm

As part of the Project "Ospiti di Valore delle Terre di Siena" we care about the environment, its beauty and traditions; we pay particular attention to energy saving and water conservation, our efforts are aimed at reducing the production of waste and at discouraging the use of disposable and polluting products.
Our farm offers agricultural and bucolic activities, unique and extraordinary walks in the woods and through the meadows.

We offer the following accommodations:

15 rooms - all with en-suite bathroom (hairdryers included), most with ceiling fans and queen-sized beds that can be divided into separate single beds (one room has two separate single beds, and one room has one single bed).

These rooms include:

1 apartment with 3 bedrooms for 6 people, with cozy living room and ancient Tuscan fireplace
1 apartment with 3 bedrooms for 5 people, with kitchen and spacious living area with ancient Tuscan fireplace
1 apartment for 4 people, with kitchen and spacious living area.
2 large suites for disabled persons, including separate sleeping area for a helper.

All rooms have central floor heating and heated towel racks in the bathrooms; some rooms have small Danish wood-burning stoves.

Also at the disposal of our guests are:

Outdoor pool immersed in the olive grove (pool towels included)
Fitness center with Turkish bath and Jacuzzi (each able to accommodate 6 people)
Indoor and outdoor relaxation areas
Two large terraces with gazebo, suitable for group yoga sessions and other activities
"Limonaia" (large conservatory for housing the potted lemon trees in winter) with large Tuscan fireplace
Library
Wi-Fi (10 € fleet fee for your stay)

Breakfast and dinner (dinner is by reservation) are served in the large dining room with its typical Tuscan fireplace.
The kitchen, separated from the dining room by a glass wall, adjoins the large old wood burning oven, which is still in perfect working condition.
